We are engaged in all types of professional work including Auditing, Accounting, Management Consultancy, Financial Consultancy, Taxation Services, Preparation of Project Profile, Financial Evaluation of all kinds of Organizations and Establishments.
Initially, One founder partner started his independent practice as public accountants in early sixties and subsequently merged in 1970 under the firm’s name and style of M/S Ata Khan & Co., Chartered Accountants.
At present AKC consists of three partners, with a cumulative experience of over hundred years, possessing diverse expertise in auditing, accounting, taxation, VAT & legal compliance, corporate finance, management consultancy, investment due diligence and performance audit.
AKC has adequate human recourse to cater the need of all type of clients. In addition, AKC has a panel of eminent personalities on its pool of “resource personnel” who are engaged on job basis, where the specialized supports are required. Professionals like economists, cost accountant, engineers, lawyers, financial analyst, IT and system analyst are in the pool of the said resource panel.
Major strength of AKC is its exposure and experience in the statutory audit of Banks and Non-Banking Financial Institutions. Besides, AKC is engaged in the financial audit of a large number of organizations under Government, Public and Private Sector. Moreover, AKC has significant exposure in providing taxation, VAT & legal compliance, corporate finance and outsourcing services.

Ata Khan & Co. Chartered Accountants and Consultants Partnership Firm has been established on 01 July 1959 with the permission of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and subsequently by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh as per Presidential Order No. 2 of 1973.

2600 sqft. well-furnished and decorated with Table, Chair, Almira, Rack, Desk, Glasses, AC, Fan, Cubicle etc.
Chittagong Office:
2200 sqft. well-furnished and decorated with Table, Chair, Almira, Rack, Desk, Glasses, AC, Fan, Cubicle etc.
